Limits

Shopify locations: How many physical Shopify locations Sync Master can write inventory to. Free and Basic are limited to a single location; Pro unlocks unlimited locations in one run, ideal for multi-warehouse stores.
Connected Google sheets: How many distinct Google Sheets you can connect at the same time. Free supports one sheet, Basic supports up to two, and Pro removes the limit entirely so you can sync as many sheets as your catalog needs.

Sync engines

Sync selected items: Paste a list of barcodes or SKUs and update only those rows. Available on every plan — perfect for surgical fixes when you only need to touch a handful of variants.
Sync whole sheet: Read an entire spreadsheet and push every row to a Shopify location in a single pass. Available on Basic and Pro for full-catalog reconciliation in one run.
Metafield sync: Map any spreadsheet column to a Variant metafield, with normalization and clear-on-empty support. Applies only to the Variant category of metafield definitions — Product, Collection and other categories are out of scope. Pro only — designed for stores that store specs, attributes or rich data on variant metafields.

Scheduling

Daily schedule: Run a sync automatically once a day at a fixed time. Included on Basic and Pro to keep your storefront in lockstep with your sheet without lifting a finger.
Monthly schedule: Run a sync automatically once a month — useful for catalogs that only refresh on a periodic cadence, such as wholesale or supplier-driven inventory.
Hourly / custom schedule: Higher-frequency cadences for fast-moving stock, including hourly and custom intervals. Pro only — for operations where the storefront has to track the warehouse in near real time.

Reliability & control

Test connection (sample read): Before any write, Sync Master fetches the first few rows from the cells you configured so you can confirm the column mapping is correct. Available on every plan — your safety net against silent misconfiguration.
Background runs & resume: Long syncs run server-side and survive page reloads. If a run fails part-way, the next one resumes exactly from the last successful checkpoint. Included on every plan.

Productivity

Sync presets: Save your most common sync configurations and reuse them with one click, instead of re-entering the same parameters every time. Included on Basic and Pro.
Detailed logs & CSV export: Every run records per-row results — updated, skipped, errored, metafields touched — and you can export the full result as CSV for sharing, archiving or downstream reconciliation. Available on every plan.
