Sync Selected Items targets specific variants by barcode or SKU. Paste a list of keys, choose how each row maps to a Shopify variant, and update only those rows — without touching the rest of your catalog.
How it works
Step by step.
- STEP 1
Choose key type
Pick barcode or SKU as the matching key. Sync Master uses it to look up each Shopify variant.
- STEP 2
Paste your items
Drop a newline-separated list of keys. Duplicates are detected and grouped automatically.
- STEP 3
Map the spreadsheet
Tell Sync Master which Google Sheet to read, the sheet tab, and the columns for key and quantity.
- STEP 4
Pick the Shopify location
Select the location whose on-hand quantities you want to update.
- STEP 5
Test the connection
A preview run pulls a sample so you can verify the mapping before committing.

Sync
Apply the changes. Per-row results are written to the sync log.
