Missing → Zero
Variants not in the sheet? Force them to zero on sync.
Missing → Zero is a single toggle on Sync All that flips Shopify variants to zero on-hand whenever they don't appear in the source sheet. It's how merchants treat the spreadsheet as the single source of truth — anything missing is, by definition, out of stock.

Missing → Zero only applies to whole-sheet syncs, not selected-item syncs.

Enable the toggle
Turn missingToZero on. Preview shows which variants will be zeroed before you commit.

Sync
Variants present in the sheet get the new quantity; the rest go to zero.
